Meal prepping saves a lot of time on every day meals  —  This class will not only teach you but it is hands on , you will be prepping 4 entrees each  you will do be prepping salad in one  and then  3 meals that you can eat right away o or freeze them once you get home 
 , take home 4 entrees and each get a few plastic  meal prep containers to start your meal prepping at home, also receive a list of food storage containers that work well for all kinds of meal prep.

make your very own Macaroons ... you will mix the dough  egg whites  and pip your cookies on the macaroon mat .... you can even color your batter .....  You will also each receive 2 macaroon mats and a small bag of Almond flour  included in price ..
i will have a chocolate filling for you to take home we will go over a few different fillings and you will get a recipe with a few options  with your resting macaroons  before you bake them ...  this class is limited to 4  or 5 people only , because of whipped   egg whites  needs to be used  fresh.  SIGN UP FAST  if this class fills i will do a second class 

 CANNING 101  learn how to water bath can .. you will watch step by step the process of  canning strawberry jam   , you will also learn a lot about different fruits, pectin sugar free jams and lots more about canning in general  & we will go over what should be water bath canned and pressure cooker canning  and  you will each take a jar of jam home..  Includes a canning kit   

you will make your very own dill pickles , cut them put your spices in jars and then i will fill them with a brine and give them a bath, water bath canning...  while you are chopping your cukes i will be simmering a pot of raspberries for raspberry jam, we will fill the jars give them a quick bath and you each get a jar.... you will learn a lot about canning both water bath and will talk about what foods need to be pressure canned. and also take your very own pickles and jam jars home  you will receive a starter kit and i will have some grab your balls aprons on hand if you would like to purchase during class 

This dish is easy and will WOW your friends and family. You will each make your very own pan and take it home to bake for dinner,this is made with an Alfred, pesto  garlic & cheese, the rolls are pasta filled with chicken and a cream cheese & spinach filling it is Delicious… come make dinner.....
 

These are two Awesome desserts that are very easy to make , they are both fluffy and loaded with flavor Tiramisu has heavy cream mixture  lady  fingers drenched  in coffee flavors and  layered with  cocoa powder  and cinnamon  it is amazing….  and you will also make a strawberry  ice box cake this  fluffy dessert is amazing and easy make ahead dessert ...
 

Make your own ravioli!!   you will  mix your dough, resting it and filling your little pillows of dough with a cheese filling..  included with this class is a ravioli maker kit.. very nice  you will make around 24-30 ravioli in class take them home to cook.. .  you will also learn how to make different pasta shapes as your dough rests like Bow ties and tortellini and a few more      if enough people sign up  so lets have some fun.......    this class may be held at the lions club if big enough  i will let everyone know...

you will mix and roll your dough we will rest it for a few then you will roll it out, put the delicious cinnamon topping on it, roll it up and cut it !   and take it home to bake.... during to resting stage I will show you a  how to make a few different t enhance these pillows of softness .... each of you will get  a piping bag with the topping in  it to take home for yours after you bake them..

come learn how to make this delicious decadent dessert..   you will make a 9 by 13 pan and take it home to bake... I will furnish a  foil pan to take it home in or you are welcome to bring your own pan .. this is made with layers and layers of philo dough and lots of butter and nuts.... this willbe your thanksgiving dessert !!

calling all little chefs,  pizza pizza making ,, you will mix your dough roll it out and put the toppings on , then you will take home and bake... 

(Includes a proofing basket) In this class you will make a crusty artisan bread looks similar to sour dough, you will also be mixing this dough by hand a little kneading and that’s it, this will proof for a while... while it is proofing. You will make a batter bread this is a very easy bread you can do in about 30 min…. once dough has risen, we will shape it a little and that’s about it…  you will take it home to bake. These proofing baskets are very nice and not only shapes the dough but gives it a great look!  So lets make some dough!!!!  This artisan bread is best baked in a Dutch oven but you can also use any oven safe pan with a lid or even sheet pan or skillet. You will get a recipe and we will be sampling some fresh bread.
